30 May 2013 →. April 11, 2013. Vivian and I took a trip to Spain in March and we met up with my parents. Below are some of the sites, food and experience we enjoyed. Our Barcelona tapa experience. Iberian ham at the market. Salt cod for sale. Vivian and my parents preparing our meal! Me and my parents at Parc Guell. Century. It had funky designs and fireplaces in each room. The roof had chimneys decorated with mosaics of broken tile shards and a great view of the city. Vivian and me at the Palacio Real.

So about two weeks ago my cluster decided to cook an American Meal for our host families. It ended up being a blend of Mexican/Italian Food, and it was wonderful. Here are some pictures. Preparing in Maia's Kitchen. I am now an ace at peeling vegetables with a knife. Goodloe making cornbread for thanksgiving! Our turkey, roasting away! The table was beautiful and super tasty! My counterparts came for thanksgiving! Nino, Shorena, Myself and Eka. One Month Anniversary of Being A Peace Corps Volunteer! The festivities were lots of fun as well. We just had close family and friends come over and enjoy some food and cupcakes together. At this point Derek isn't walking yet but walks well holding on to things.
