Voices from the margin. Giving Voice to Perspective. April 10, 2008. Adoption Is More Powerful Than the Universe. Posted by Tim under Christianity. As you might know, my wife and I are quite passionate about adoption. According to this video clip, our passion for it is not even close to how God feels about it. Voices from the margin. Giving Voice to Perspective. January 3, 2008. Stop Asking So Many Questions. Posted by Tim under Charity. I’ve written a couple of articles on this blog about poorly-conceived, but well funded American missions projects in Mexico. You can read those here. For a different point of view, someone just sent me this blurb from a missions organization in Mexico. We need to roll up our sleeves, get on our knees and be the hands of Jesus. Voices from the margin. Giving Voice to Perspective. February 6, 2008. Build a Different Church. Posted by Tim under Born Again. I recently listened to this audio clip of Alan Hirsch. Speaking to the staff of my church about the need to build a different kind of church in a culture that’s more and more uninterested in our modes and styles of doing church. He makes a number of excellent points to consider. This is well worth listening to. 5 Responses to “Build a Different Church”. June 26, 2008 at 1:38 pm.

I reluctantly get out of bed to clean him up in the bathroom only to find him at the sink with BLOOD ALL OVER HIS FACE! It definitely has cu...

The kids were SOO excited to be in Nicaragua that they woke up early. Fortunately Micah did get back to sleep and after a few more hours, we woke up to wonderful sunshine. We then walked...
