Não contava fazer o post sobre treinar ao frio tão cedo, mas tendo em conta as condições climatéricas desta semana, acho que estava mesmo a pedir. Apesar de nas semanas anterior já se terem sentido temperaturas negativas esta semana foi demais. Pois bem, segundo os dados da metereologia aqui, devido à neve que caía e ao vento que se fazia sentir (50 km/h) a temperatura que iríamos sentir seria semelhante a -27 ºC.
