That’s why in 2014, Vermont passed landmark legislation that would give consumers the right to know if their food was produced using genetic engineering. Now, we’re working to make sure that this law, Act 120, is implemented successfully. As of July 1st, 2016, consumers in Vermont will see labels on genetically engineered food sold in the state! Neil Young is slowly leaking performances of tracks off of his upcoming album “The Monsanto Years”. It is a protest album against Monsanto and GMO’s. This particular song is against Starbucks, a member of the Grocery Manufacture Association, that is suing Vermont for passing a GMO labeling bill. Because we all know there IS harm in GMO food. And don’t want to support that type of production).
