The Vina's Victory over Viruses Research Foundation was established in response to the continued lack of information on meningoencephalitis to date. Little information and treatment is available for those people affected by meningoencephalitis caused by viruses. This problem is present in current practices of diagnosis, prevention, treatment and by the lack of family resources for those impacted by these disease. The Foundation's stated aim.
