How to find us. How to find us. How to find us. Take the A59 to Clitheroe, then the B6478 Waddington Road. Waddow is first left after crossing the River Ribble, approximately 1.5 miles from Clitheroe Town. There is a direct link from Manchester to Clitheroe. From Preston change at Blackburn for Clitheroe. By National Express coach. To Manchester, Liverpool (John Lennon) or Blackpool and then train to Clitheroe (via Preston and Blackburn) and taxi to the Hall. Waddow grid reference: OS103 SD 734 427.

Waddow Hall offers a great choice of accommodation to suit the needs of your group. The following options are available:. Fully catered in the Main Hall. Self-catering in one or a combination of the six indoor accommodations. Subscribe to be notified via email of any updates made to this page. Be challenged by new experiences and achieve a sense of pride in accomplishment.

Waddow has been providing schools with activity holidays and day visits for over 15 years. We are inspected by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) and are a licensed provider of activities. The British Canoe Union (BCU) has approved our centre for paddle-sport activities. We hold the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) Quality Badge and Adventuremark certificate. Please contact the Office for a school information pack. Risk assessments may be downloaded from the Resources page.

Waddow holds a number of fun activity-based days or themed days for Girlguiding members to attend. Waddow offers a programme of leisure breaks from those as young as 4 to 104. These include house parties and a highly successful outdoor camp. Waddow offers an exciting range of adventurous instructed activities, non-instructed activities and games for groups to book on an individual or package basis. Waddow can offer a choice of residential accommodation to suit the needs of your group.
