As an aside, Gina has been bitten by some creature on at least two different occasions. The bite starts out as pimple, then spreads out to look like a broken blister and finally scabs over, making for a very ugly scab on her chin. Low 80’s windy with showers. ST LUCIA 8 MAR 2012. Mid – 80’s humid - occasional showers. St Maarten 9 MAR 2012. A fitting last port of call for our 68 day odyssey. I tend to discount the Caribbean as a destination after at least 100 visits. Big mistake! Low 80’s sunny. 10 MAR 2012 Homeward bound. Te amo Sylvia and Fernando!

The fabulous Gina had a luncheon date in Portsmouth on Thursday and I, realizing that a day alone, while sometimes enjoyable, did not hold its usual appeal. What to do with my day to myself? We arrived exactly on time at the corner of 28th and 7th Ave. Again, curbside delivery with no protection from the weather. Seventh Ave subway stop just behind the bus. This was a $5.00 gem! Tampa, FL 05 AUG 10.
