Mayor Gurunathan says this means that people wanting to talk to the Council on items not on the meeting agenda will no longer need to wait until the end of the meeting, which can take hours. Sunday, January 22, 2012. I cant believe January is nearly gone already. My friend Lynda and I had a pleasant day on Sunday. We went to Weta workshop in Wellington and later had coffee in the revamped Roxy Theatre in Miramar, my friend told me that Peter Jackson had bought it and renovated it. What a fabulous place!
