How to Find Us. The Waioeka River and the Opato Stream either run through the heart of our farm or borders it for at least 14 kilometres. The Waioeka River is a world class naturally stocked fishery. The feisty rainbow and elusive brown trout are strong tough fish and the average size is 3lbs although trout up to 10lbs have been caught! 4WD Scenic Farm Tours. You may be lucky enough to spot a rare Blue Mountain Duck (the Whio) in one of the tributary streams that flow into the Waioeka River.

How to Find Us. The beauty is that our property will be yours to indulge in. The magnificent Waioeka River runs through our property and is renowned for its feisty rainbow and cunning brown trout. The farm also shares its borders with the rugged Te Urewera National Park, one of the largest untouched stretches of native forest left in the North Island of our beautiful country, New Zealand.
