Today were were notified that the CCAA (China Center for Adoption Affairs) has issued our LOA (Letter of Acceptance by Adopter)! What does that mean? Tuesday, February 1, 2011. I did not realize it had been soooooo long since we posted something here! I guess with Maddie home now, things have been just a bit more "busy"! Everything is going great and Maddie is doing very, very well. actually, we could not ask for things to have gone smoother during our first six months as a family. September 22, 2012. Six months home for Lila. Well this week marked six months we had had our sweet, funny, loving, little wild woman home with us! We love her to pieces. She melts your heart with her smile. Such as cuddle bug- - loves to be held and carried. My back is feeling the affect of her 27 pounds of chubby goodness! Jie Jie hung the moon in her eyes. Twice now I have been lucky enough to witness the absolute adoration a younger one has for their older sibling. Aaron was the same way.
