No Longer Waiting for Our Daughter from China: May 2011

http://www.waiting4olivia.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html

No Longer Waiting for Our Daughter from China. Sunday, May 01, 2011. Happy Birthday Livi Xiang. Today we celebrated Livi's 2nd birthday, even though her birthday is tomorrow (at least here, however in China, it is her birthday now). We had a small party for her with just family and a couple of close friends. So, on this day and everyday, I want to thank her birth parents for giving her life so that she could be part of mine. Happy Birthday, Livi Xiang. Momma loves you. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A million miles to Mia: The Most Amazing Baby Shower Ever

http://miles2mia.blogspot.com/2011/05/most-amazing-baby-shower-ever.html

Sunday, May 15, 2011. The Most Amazing Baby Shower Ever. The attention to detail that was put into every little part of this was just over the top. That's my nursery fabric tied around the chopsticks. See what I mean? My mom made this hot pink and lime green dragon. It's so fabulously awesome. I was speechless. The hostess with the mostest. My tiny BFF, Dominique. We've been friends since the 7th grade. And yes. I towered over her then, too. LOL! We got a late start (surprising, right? My friend's daught...

Our Journey To Madeline. We are excited to share our experiences as we adopt our baby girl from China. Thursday, December 26, 2013. We also had lunch with the princesses at Ariel's Grotto.definitely a high-light of our trip. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Waiting for Normal | Living life as a 99er

Living life as a 99er. October 30, 2011 in Uncategorized. Still here, still employed, still trying to catch up on things! The job is pretty low-level for my experience – and I’m ok with doing “grunt” work for a while, that doesn’t bother me. What. Bother me is a permanent employee in our department who acts as though the contractors (there are 3 in my group) are her personal servants, who gets offended if a contractor. He’s SO excited to be back to work! He only clears just under $9 an hour! It just isn&...
