A Glimpse at the Gilpins. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Since I'm so far behind in blogging I'm having a very hard time remembering the little things that Karlee was able to do from month to month. If/when we have another baby, I've really got to keep track a little better. Here is what I remember from Karlee being 3 months old. (Let's all note that I'm writing this 4 days after she has already turned one year old! Karlee has started laughing! She can now hold things and play with them. First time in the jumper.

A Glimpse at the Gilpins. Friday, July 27, 2012. I've been wanting to take Brody to the Zoo before Karlee got here. My mom decided she wanted to go too and bring Haley. We went on a Thursday so it wouldn't be too crowded. We got there around 10, but had to wait on my mom and Haley because my mom relied on Haley to tell her the directions and they got lost! We had a great day and it actually wasn't too hot! Brody loved these things! Waiting to ride the carousel. Checking out the turkey.

A Glimpse at the Gilpins. Monday, June 18, 2012. Kirk and Kacy's Wedding! We came back from Gulf Shores on Thursday, May 24th. We decided to just stay at my parents' house until after the wedding on Saturday. On Friday, May 25th, Kirk flew into Alabama. He stayed at my parent's house, too. He had some errands to run that day so we met up with him later to go to the rehearsal and dinner. It was hot at the rehearsal! Brody wouldn't let Kyle put him down so Kyle had me by one arm and Brody in the other....

Sunday, May 25, 2014. Tye had his kindergarten graduation last week and we couldn't have been more thrilled to go! This little miracle boy who doctors told is may never walk or talk and who was supposed to have so many setbacks and challenges in life has surprised us all by the grace of God! Thursday, January 10, 2013. Perks of being the baby. Gaige is LOVING being the "baby" of our family, especially since school has started back up and he gets 3 days alone with mommy! Exploring our BIG backyard! Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him.". Since Tye's birthday falls on New Year's day we have not had a big party for him.ever! I know, I know, awful parents we are, but we always do cake and ice cream and presents, just no guests, until this year!
