Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Yeah Yeah Yeahs at The Paramount/ Seattle. This turned out to be a case of seeing the band live making me like the albums a little more. Not sure what I expected, but I did arrive hesitant that Karen O would pull some aloof hipster-mod attitude and that the band would be kinda bitchy. Why did I think this? I dunno, don't they. Kinda bitchy to you? Posted by Rob at 12:26 PM. Friday, April 21, 2006. Bike Postcard from the Past. Posted by Rob at 3:29 PM. Hit me and I'll sue! Steal...

Monday, November 28, 2005. This past Thanksgiving weekend the lady and I hiked the Alpental trail up to Snow Lake with some friends. The lower, flatter part of the trail was nice and packed down making for pretty easy going. Once the trail started getting steeper we had to plow through switchbacks covered in the 7 inches of powder that fell the night before. Here we are toward the beginning of our hike. If you're feeling bitter. A little of this A little of that A little what have you. Tuesday, September 27, 2005. With a mouth full of coffee, I say I'm glad its not beer. Anyway, my buddy and I went and saw the Walkmen and Built to Spill. I didn't get in until really late and decided that it would be a good idea to watch a movie. I woke up too late today and I am having trouble staying focused for this brief I have to write. So, with a mouth full of coffee, I say I'm glad its not beer. The fact is that t...

If you're feeling bitter. A little of this A little of that A little what have you. Tuesday, July 26, 2005. I am really excited about the new Silver Jews. Album I absolutely love that band. The american poet laureate really likes D.C. Berman's poetry, too. For whatever that is worth. That is why I am going to give some of my favorite D.C. Berman lines:. I've drunk fifty thousand beers. And they just wash against me. Like a sea into a pier". No, I don't really want to die. I only want to die in your eyes".
