This coverage map was made using RadioMobile prediction software. It was modeled as a mobile station (antenna height 6 feet above the ground) with 2 dBd of gain and 20 watts of output power. Green, yellow, and red areas would be full quieting in the mobile. Portable stations may be able to access the system from these areas as well. Blue areas will be less than full quieting and may expierence drop-outs.

Improvement is the Prime Directive of the WaldoFar repeater System! We take the performance, capability, and reliability of the system very seriously. There is almost always another project or improvement for the system on the shelf, usually just awaiting time to impliment, or funds and parts to make a reality. Re-Adjust the link level at the south box. Update firmware and programming on the 7330 at the south box. Add a VHF Component. Upgrade the feedline in Grant Park. Expand the system coverage out west.
