萤火虫华德福小学安亲班最大的特色在于一切以人为本的华德福教育理念。在温馨、快乐、唯美的成长与学习环境里，它让每位儿童在自己的发展水平上学习，并施展自己的潜能。 小朋友们同样在学习三大语文，有华文、马来文和英文。学校一样有数学科目，体育课和手工节。课程结构活泼生动，体现一動一靜、室內戶外互相交替的過程。 萤火虫华德福小学安亲班采用华德福教育的带班制，带班老师称为主课老师（Main lesson teacher）。主课老师会从一年级带到七年级。长期带班的目的是让老师充分了解学生的情况与进展，并跟家长进行充分的沟通和交流，给予孩子最适当的引导。 每一天主课老師唱起早安曲，隨后帶孩子到戶外，一面唱誦西遊記打油詩，一面帶孩子踏上細木條、低矮的石灰圍籬、木樁、長板凳，前走后退又走又跳幾圈，過后再圍圈做運動。 回到教室內，孩子學吹笛，有团奏也有独奏。接着，讓同學自愿出來重述老師前一天講過的故事。孩子的叙述动用了组织能力回想发生过的事，有情感有张力。 上段課程告一段落，小休半小時。孩子再用唱歌及誦唱的方式學馬來文及英文，往往都让小孩學得嘻哈絕倒。 工作时间：7.15am-3.30pm. 在现代这个社会，快乐又自在的童年已将近消失了。赤脚跑在大地上、爬树採果子吃，到池塘用双手抓小鱼和蝌蚪的玩意儿，也逐渐成为历史了。现在的孩子已经没有机会体验这些与大自然贴切的生活经验。而我们，尽我们所能，要还孩子一个快乐、健康、自由奔放的童年。 从外表看来，萤火虫华德福幼儿园就像一间甘榜小屋。屋前有一个小水池，屋旁有一个花园和跑道。屋后有两个大秋千、鸡寮和兔子屋、砂池和菜圃。院内四周围的花圃和菜圃也足够让小孩子忙碌了。他们乐在浇花、捉昆虫、拔野草、收集种子。这就是小朋友的玩乐天堂。 很多小孩来到我们的幼儿园后都不知觉他们已身在“学校“里。他们还以为去了妈妈的朋友的家。 是的，我们的幼儿园充满儿童玩意儿、是一所布置温馨的家园。进到屋子里面，你会被淡红色的柔合气氛围绕着。 你会看到一排排的天然玩具：木制动物、树木的种子、各种木块和树干、娃娃屋里躺着的小娃娃们和它们的玩具。在厨房角落里有个小型火炉、洗手盆和烘炉。很多家长看了都蠢蠢欲动想进来玩，更别说是天真无邪的小朋友了。 目前，我们的学坊正在不断地发展，社会对华德福教育的需求也不断地提高。 工作时间：7.15am-3.30pm.
