First, they don't mention that the exaggerated startle response can be to fireworks, and loud noises. It has been a long time since I have been able to go and enjoy a fireworks display. Its hard to deal with these syptoms, especially if you don't fully understand why you have them or where they are coming from. Learn the facts, you could make a difference in someones life. Walking Thru the Woods. Monday, October 4, 2010. Wildlife on the Blackstone River. The heron seemed to think it was well disguised to it didn't fly away at first.
