I realize the video is very dark but at least you can hear the horns to get an idea of what it was like. We usually have a live bongo player who comes every week and plays along with the DJ but this week he was a no show. My latest MRI and the two doctor's appointments I had this week were all just to check up on my cervical spinal fusion from May and to see if that bone lesion in my upper left arm was anything. When I asked the Doctor. Just to make sure it's not growing or affecting the bone around it. I can live with that. Labels: bone lesion negative.

I just got back yesterday from another quick visit to Atlanta to see 'Beaner', 'Bowser' and 'Buddy'(formerly known as ' Jamhands. The trip was a spur of the moment decision, with me buying the plane ticket Thursday afternoon and flying down on Friday. Frequent flyer miles - gotta love 'em. And then the rest fell into place. I own a DVD of their Product Placement tour.
