The Wanaka Community Trust. Has been putting on annual events since 2005, making 2015 our 10th anniversary! The Wanakafest, our annual spring festival has been running since 2009 and is held dear to the hearts of our community. Previous to this the event ran in winter as ‘Snowfest’ from 2005. Our longest running event, the street parade has been running since 1986. Wanaka Springs project: The addition to a Fresh water spring feature on the Wanaka lake front, free, clean spring water for everybody to enjoy.
