Madurai & Pondicherry | wanderluscht
https://wanderluscht.wordpress.com/2013/02/16/madurai-pondicherry
Mumbai – Seoul. With our time in India slowly coming an end, we needed one last full-on Hindu temple experience. What could be better than a city built around one enormous sacred complex? From Madurai we moved East and back in time until we reached Pondicherry, which has hardly changed since its colonial times. A small pocket of France with the charm of a seaside resort a little past its heyday – complete with baguette, croissants and steak au poivre (sheer bliss after 5 weeks of rice and curry).
Hill Country | wanderluscht
https://wanderluscht.wordpress.com/2013/03/01/hill-country
Mumbai – Seoul. Funnily enough the main attraction in Kandy is the Tooth Temple, but we gave it a miss and spent a few days wandering around Sri Lanka’s answer to lake Geneva and its Botanical Gardens – giant bats on giant trees as well as something called cannonball fruit make for good fun…. Before heading South, with our knees still wobbly, we hiked through Horton Plains to peek over World’s End, meeting curious Sambar Deer along the way. Abgelegt und mit adam. Neuer: Mirissa to Colombo.

Holi in Pokhara | wanderluscht
https://wanderluscht.wordpress.com/2013/04/02/holi-in-pokhara
Mumbai – Seoul. Once back down in the valley our minds, legs and stomachs absolutely refused to be taken anywhere for the next few days. So we missed out on an insane number of outdoor activities on offer in Pokhara ( Parahawking. But luckily we recovered fully just in time to join the crowds merrily shouting „Happy Holi! 8220; while smearing/throwing paint at each other. Dieser Beitrag wurde von ruffadelic geschrieben und am 2. April 2013 um 12:10 veröffentlicht. Er ist unter Nepal. Abgelegt und mit holi.

Sunday, September 12, 2010. Something has Changed in the Design World. When you find her up at 2 AM clutching a book to her chest and weeping, make her a cup of tea and hold her. You may lose her for a couple of hours but she will always come back to you. She'll talk as if the characters in the book are real, because for a while, they always are. I'd give anything for that. That's...
