When I took my first yoga class about three years ago, I hated it. I thought it was too slow, too easy (heh! I’m definitely what I’d call a Wannabe Yogi, but I can do a pretty mean Full Wheel, Bound Pigeon and Full Vasisthasana. I ran the NYC Half Marathon (my first! This year.
