2016 WLF Photo Show Judge. Our Judge for 2016 is Robert Bailey. Robert was born in Belleville and has lived in the Quinte area most of his life. He fell in love with photography in 1975; began working part-time as a photographer in 1977; and went full-time in 1988. He has been teaching evening photography courses at Loyalist College since 1998, and also teaches some courses at Japan Camera in Belleville. Many of his classes include field trips to fascinating local photographic hotspots.
