This recipe is an adaptation of a Womens Weekly recipe, I’ve made it on and off for the last 20 years! 1 1/4 cup plain flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 2 tsp lemon rind. 1 can cooking apples. 2 tbs plain flour. 2 tsp lemon rind. 250 g cream cheese. 300 ml cream whipped (extra).
