Last weekend we bought the book "100 Hikes in the Central Oregon Cascades" and figured this weekend would be a great time to do one of them because the weather was suppose to be good. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. So while everyone else posts information about their kids, we post about our dogs. Shelby is about 9 weeks old now and has grown so much in the few weeks that we have had her. We still are really curious what she will look like when she is older. Here are some pictures over the last three weeks. This is over Memorial weekend. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. This past weekend we decided that we would go on a hike to Green Lake. Round trip it was 9 miles long and it was beautiful. The majority of it was along a river with several waterfalls and we were on the backside of South Sister and Broken Top. The scenery was amazing! The only problem was the massive amount of mosquitoes. My boss had warned me about them and told me to get bug spray and I chose not to really listen and in the end both Stephen and I paid for it.

Monday, July 14, 2008. Europe here we come. Well we finally got our plane tickets. We will be heading off to Europe September 3rd and returning October 8th. Now we have to map out where we are going to visit. So if anyone has any suggestions that are must see sites, please comment and let us know. Saturday, October 4, 2008. This was by far the biggest drunk fest we have ever seen. The festival was packed with people and when you got into the beer tents everyone one was drinking and singing in German. It was quite a sight to see and experience. There were 14 massive beer tents and a huge carnival. Everything in Switzerland was so incredibly expensive! This is Niko and was taken at the wine festival. Monday, March 9, 2009. Last Two Months in a Nutshell. So we are incredibly bad at this whole blogging thing. You would think since I don't have a job right now I would be blogging a lot, but hopefully it will get better. . . At least we will try. Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Looks like we're moving to Bend! Yesterday Stephen was offered a job at Central Oregon Community College. So it looks like we will be moving over there at the beginning of January. It will definitely be nice to get away from this weather, but will be hard leaving our friends and family. Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Jason and Chelsea were able to come down to Corvallis on Saturday night and watch the Beaver game with us and we were also able to celebrate Jason's birthday. On Sunday, Stephen's brother in law and sister took us out to the Albany gun club where the boys were able to shoot targets and clay pigeons.
