Is a large valley in western Nevada, located just north of the Eagle Valley. And west of the Comstock. The valley is mostly rural and sparsely settled, with the major settlements being New Washoe City. Much of the center of the valley is taken up by Washoe Lake. And the west side of the valley is mostly agricultural and ranch land. The valley is home to US Hwy 395. The major north-south thoroughfare between Carson City. And construction is underway at the north end on the I-580 Freeway.

It’s noteworthy to mention that the Okanogan River, a tributary of the Columbia River, shifts to ‘ Okanagan. Torii leading to garden room. Perfect lunch of wild salmon and salad.

In the evening, Ashley took me to see a Shakespere play, 'The Winters Tale.'. It featured William Langan in the lead role and was really fantastic. The actors were spot on delivering performances that transported you from the audience right into the story. I picked up some 'Heartsong'. Unless we can find a new 'mini adventure' we are waiting for Disneyland in July!
