Thousands of people, speaking dozens of different languages, with different cultures and different life experiences, all gathering together for a festival celebrating each others music, dance, clothing, food, culture. New Zealand (Rod Dixon). Maloney Magnet School puppets. Duggan Elementary School dragons. Kennedy High School's Nuts and Bolts of Fury- and their robot, which was later set up in a tent for kids to try using (it shoots frisbies).

Wednesday, April 15, 2015. During the 1890s, the Waterbury Driving Park opened on Watertown Avenue. Owned by the City, it hosted races for horses, cyclists, and runners; football games for high schools; and baseball games for city teams. AJ Patton, Map of the City of Waterbury, 1909. Municipal Stadium continued to be used for the same functions as its predecessor, the Driving Park.
