The subdivision is actually built on a wetland, probably once an area extremely rich in endemic biodiversity, now continually being buried under houses. With a flick of the wrists the baki is in his hand. He holds it up for me to photograph. Then into his bag as he announced it tastes like chicken. The rain came and off they ran with their loot. Not only is the ocean unpredictable, but simply finding somewhere to stay at your chosen surf spot can be a real headache.
