Waveney Valley Athletic Club. Welcome to our running and Junior Athletic club which is based in Lowestoft. We are a happy, friendly and social club with over 150 members, half of seniors being ladies, and around 90 juniors. We welcome new members of all abilities, from beginners to more serious runners. Seniors can come along to one of our training evenings. In Oulton Broad or Beccles. Juniors can try a session at East Point Academy – see junior section. Bungay 10K & Parkrun. Its rough boundary is from Beccles to Bungay and Earsham, to Halesworth and then to Southwold and back to Beccles. Apart from the four main towns the District is very rural.
