Wednesday, August 5, 2015. We did something a little different for our anniversary this year (#9! And wanted to hike into Colchuck Lake back in May. We've been itching to hike to this alpine gem for a couple years but knew our hiking warrior kiddos likely wouldn't make it all the way in. Bennett had his 4 year check-up last month and our boy checked out just fine and is a healthy and very large 4 year old (praise Jesus for his good health) In fact, his pediatrician said he's the size of an average 6 year old. Luke is not interested in having his picture taken these days. This is about as much as I could get out of him. One of the kids' favorite things is to have Edward throw them in the air. They ask him to do it everytime we come to the beach. Alex just enjoyed exploring. Well, he also enjoyed hanging out with me. He fell asleep after playing very hard.

Sadly, our laptop completely died so we were without a computer for a bit and unfortunately lost everything saved on our computer from the last 4 years. So a word to the wise, if you don't back-up, DO! It sucks losing everything. Anyway, we got our new computer so I'm working on some mad blog catch-up. Tuesday, October 22, 2013. Smallwoods with The Hunter's. We were dying to meet little miss Emerson (who I didn't get a photo of), so we met the Hunter's. At Smallwoods just outside of Leavenworth for a fun filled afternoon. Hailey and Cal are a great pair, they sure make the most of our short visits. It was just a little trim to even out the mullet. For a kid who doesn't really sit still, she did awesome! Thursday, October 3, 2013. Our play-dates with Ryder and Ruxen. Toothbrush drool = teething!

While Clare has watched Nate and Zach fish many times, she's been reluctant to do it herself until this last time fishing at Grandma and Grandpa's. And she caught the biggest fish.
