Getting preggo in Prague. Sunday, January 31, 2016. The clinic sent an email and they have found an egg donor for us! We are SO thrilled! She has donated 4 prior times and. They retrieved 22 and 42 eggs in her last 2 donor cycles and both resulted in live births in the last year. The plan for the timeline is that she will come off of birth control pills on February 5th and they estimate that the egg. Testing. Today I FINALLY heard back from the clinic regarding the two embryos that were sent for PGS testing. they are BOTH abnormal. So this last donor was a bust. Damn. Here is out donor history just to be clear:. Donor 1: 8 frozen eggs thawed and inseminated = 1 day 5 blastocyst (NOT TESTED but can be transferred). Getting preggo in Prague. Monday, May 23, 2016. 81, 295, 891. 81 = First hCG beta at 8dp5dt (8 days past 5 day transfer (age of embryo). 295 = Second beta at 10dp5dt. 891= Third beta at 12dp5dt. What do those numbers mean? Well, for starters, I am pregnant! HCG usually doubles every 48-72 hours and my current doubling time is 30hrs. So that is good news. I am excited but cautiously so. One sac measures 7.5 weeks and I should be 6.5 weeks exactly. I'm 100% positive of my dates. At either 6.5 or 7.5 weeks, we should see something in the sac, a baby, a yolk sac, and/or a heartbeat. January 8, 2013. Confirmation 1 of 2. Both of my beta (HCG levels) numbers are back:. 19,023 on Friday. 36 hours later they were 707. They fell quite a bit. :(. But, there's my confirmation. Now, John and I have closure, we can move on and start the healing process. I have a follow up ultrasound scheduled for 2 pm today.
