ECCC to Offer Certified Nurse Aide Course in Philadelphia. August 12, 2015. The East Central Community College Workforce Development Center is offering a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) course at the Philadelphia/Neshoba County Career-Technical Center this fall. Registration for the course will be held from 8:30 am to 3 pm Aug. 24-26 at the ECCC Integrated Technologies Center located at 377 Industrial Drive in Choctaw.
