Literary Ruminations: The relative strength of first vs. third person narrative. July 31st, 2013 (10:47 pm). And now for something completely random. OK, I cant come up with any more. Id say 80% of what I read is third person, and many of my very favorite books are third person. My observation is primarily that - when a comparison is possible - it seems that authors write stronger novels when they actually get completely inside their characters head. Anyone else have any examples or counter examples?

The end of the story. June 20th, 2012 (09:09 pm). Those of you who following this blog know that I experienced a miscarriage a week and a half ago that landed me in the ER on Friday the 6th. Here is the rest of the story. Tarkheena Crafts (My Craft Blog). Thirty was so strange for me. I've really had to come to terms with the fact that I am now a walking and talking adult. God is subtle, but he is not malicious.
