Tuesday, April 21, 2015. What's In the Stash and Off the Needles. Wow, we are already way past the the end of the first quarter of the year! I had been planning to post updates about the progress of my stash busting goals on a quarterly basis, and here I am, already three weeks late. Even though I'm late, the news is good: I was extremely moderate in my yarn purchases. I told you about my stash additions at Stitches West and Madrona in this post. Take a look below and see:. http://hamilton-highlights.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Karl, Kim and our TWO kids, Gavin and Trevor share the highs and sometimes lows of this thing we call LIFE! Monday, August 27, 2012. Four years. All buttoned up. My son, Gavin, turned four last week. He's growing up so fast. It seems that everyday he is doing something to amaze me. Yesterday he buttoned his pants. That may not seem earth shattering to you but for a mommy who has to stop everything for every bathroom break to help undress and redress. IT'S HUGE! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://hamilton-highlights.blogspot.com/2012/05/being-your-mommy.html
Karl, Kim and our TWO kids, Gavin and Trevor share the highs and sometimes lows of this thing we call LIFE! Sunday, May 13, 2012. Dear Gavin and Trevor,. Being your mommy has brought me so much joy. Not just moments of happiness but true joy. The kind of stuff that keeps me going with a smile on my face despite overflowing diapers (Thank you Trevor) or midnight sheet changes (Thank you Gavin). Being your mommy has shown me grace. It's difficult to understand grace until you are a parent.

Hamilton Highlights: November 2008
http://hamilton-highlights.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Karl, Kim and our TWO kids, Gavin and Trevor share the highs and sometimes lows of this thing we call LIFE! Thursday, November 20, 2008. Monday Is Coming . . . I've long dreaded this coming Monday, it's the day I'll return to work and leave my son for longer than I've ever been away. He'll be bottle fed for multiple feedings in a row and be comforted by another's loving arms. [Sigh] I write this through tears. Will they make him laugh like I can or tell when he needs a nap? My obsession with yarn, with a bit of life thrown in. Monthly Archives: January 2012. I hope I can keep up the momentum! 9 January, 2012. 2011 saw the explosion of my yarn stash – I’m sure random skeins are breeding like rabbits in the dark recesses of the storage chest! I can never seem to close the lid completely whenever I go delving. To this end, 2012 has started off well. I have two finishes so far. Knit with Flamboyance Yarns. Blaze “Eerie” on 3.5mm needles. I think I want another one in grey.

This afternoon Trevor surprised me by once again showing how quickly he's developing. We are so in trouble. And yes I was able to capture the moment with my camera phone.
