If you feel you need a better understanding of what constitutes a healthy balanced diet, time spent with a nutritionist can be very beneficial. Apparently it’s because of a combination of the bad weather , failed resolutions and a lack of motivation. Relaxation is just as important as physical exercise so make sure you make time to get the sleep you need on a regular basis. A little nap now and then is certainly beneficial too!
