Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Recipes from Meeting Saturday September 30th. At the meeting last Saturday, we had a member share two recipes he had tried out this week and everyone wanted a copy! Walton's Mountain, Virginia Chicken Pot Pie. 4 cups of cooked rotisserie chicken (deboned and deskinned) You can use Mojo, Lemon Pepper, or just plain. 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free). 1/2 cup of skim of low fat milk. 1 bag of Birdseye Frozen mixed vegetables. 4 cans Tomato Sauce 15 ozs each.
