In Any and Every Circumstance | The Krouches

In Any and Every Circumstance. April in Cambodia is the hottest time of year. Sweat is your constant companion and it takes extra effort to make it through simple tasks. Contrast that with the spring in Minnesota: we’ve had up and down temps ranging from 30s to 70s. And honestly, it’s been lovely. All of these things can make us feel a bit guilty. We still have friends overseas who are dealing with the opposite of this. April 9, 2015. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. You are commentin...

Spring of Water | The Krouches
https://thekrouches.wordpress.com/2015/04/27/spring-of-water
Spring days are full of optimism. Yesterday we went for a bike ride around Lake Okabena with some friends. The strain of muscles hardly used has left me a bit sore this morning, but thankful for smooth trails and a peace in my heart for where we are at this time. I have written quite openly about my struggle with depression and dark days, and there were times when I didn’t think I would be at this point–a place of light and joy and rest. This is what I wrote almost a year ago:. And make your bones strong;.

Morrison Madness: Random Detour: Lake Piru
http://morrisonmadness.blogspot.com/2009/05/random-detour-lake-piru.html
Friday, May 29, 2009. Random Detour: Lake Piru. A few days ago Daniel and I were antsy to get out of our apartment, but we had no idea what to do or where to go. Being indecisive, we just hopped in the car and hit the road. We stopped by a house of caffeinated beverages aka Starbucks and drove off toward the sunset. The End. just kidding. Lake Piru was HUGE! I had no idea there was a lake of this size so close to us! After that we drove back down the broken and windy road back to our apartment and got ho...

The Gillespie Family: October 2009
http://gillespie-journey.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 30, 2009. We surprised our kids with an unexpected trip to the Pumpkin Patch at Lumbardi Ranch. We had a wonderful time picking out pumpkins, wondering through the corn maze, going on a train ride and Emma Grace was brave enough to enter the petting zoo. On our way to the Pumpkin Patch Anna Clair noticed the moon. She said, "Daddy, I see the moon but he doesn't have his light on." How cute! We thank the Lord for our precious children! Beautiful. This was in early October. Noah says, "No, ...
