Wesley had his first t-ball practice last night. He was right in the middle of batting and suddenly looked down and said "Oohhhh! He then proceeded to bend down and take care of a lady bug crawing across home plate. This probably lasted a minute or so. Hmmm, I think he takes after his Daddy here. We are going tomorrow to a friends baby shower (meet and greet the baby) and Wesley is sooooooooooooo excited. Here is how the conversation went. . . Wesley: I have never gotten to hold a baby before. Me: Yes you have. What about your younger cousin Max? Wesley: He is a boy. I've never gotten to hold a baby girl before. Me: Oh, ok. Wesley: (Smiling from ear to ear.) I can't wait to hold her. I'm going to rock her and sing to her. Me: OK. But make sure you are really careful. Wesley: OK. I will.
