Residential Care Home for the Elderly. The fees payable by residents are determined by the individual’s assessed level of care needs. Level 1 is the lowest level of care; level 3 the highest. Care needs are reviewed 2 or 3 times a year with the resident and their family. Fees are revised each September to reflect inflationary trends and other cost pressures. The current year’s fees can be viewed by clicking this.
