La pâte à crêpe sucrée est faite à partir de farine de froment également d'origine bretonne (Moulin de l'Ecluse). "Tourné" comme il faut pour vous servir des crêpes fines et savoureuses. L'ingrédient essentiel : c'est le beurre. Pas de bonnes crêpes sans beurre de qualité. Pour nous c'est du beurre de barate 1/2 sel en panier traditionnel de chez Verneuil.

We only stopped long enough for a coffee and pain a chocolat, but Sophia was treated to Grenadine, on the house! With the weather still quite mild, we took an afternoon stroll around Pere Lachaise, for a bit of fresh air before heading home for dinner.
