Truong smashes 3.5km course record! Posted Mar 20, 2015, 2:12 AM. A fantastic effort by Toan Truong saw him smash the record on the relatively new 3.5km handicap course this month. Toan takes the record from Neil Saltmarsh, who has held it since March 2014. Toan set the new record at 13:21. His previous best time was 14:14 set back in October. When Toan came to the club he happened to come under the guidance of Pat Browne.

So my Hypoxi results came in, whilst it should have been 4 weeks, I had to squeeze in the 12 sessions into 3.5 weeks, so I was done before my snow trip.
