West Seattle Real Estate Blog. Laquo; Sales Last Week. Thirty Sales Last Week. July 5, 2011. There was a slight increase in West Seattle sales last week with 30 sold homes. A 3 bedroom bank owned home in the Highpoint Neighborhood sold for $94,900 while $250,000 was spent on a bank owned home in the Seaview neighborhood. In all, there were six foreclosed, bank owned homes that sold last week. The median sale price in West Seattle was $340,000 but the highest priced home sold in the Alki neighborhood.

Last week we had 21 Home Sales in West Seattle ranging in price from $104,900 for a 1 Bedroom condo in the Junction. To $555,000 for a 4 bedroom house in the Genesee. Neighborhood. The average days on the market for these 21 homes was 97 but four of them sold in less than two weeks. I’m anxious to see how the rest of the summer plays out in this crazy market!
