The mission of San Francisco Black Infant Health Program is to address the problem of poor birth outcomes and health disparities affecting African American women and their infants. We encourage a commitment to self-love and healthy living through our group education program and individual client services. Our ultimate goal is to improve African American infant and maternal health and decrease health disparities and social inequities. Empower women and build resilience. Connect women to services.

Pregnant African American women. Eighteen years of age or older. Willing to participate in a ten week support group. WHAT ARE THE INCOME REQUIREMENT TO PARTICIPATE? Services are free to any eligible African American woman regardless of her income. WHY ARE THE SERVICES ONLY FOR BLACK WOMEN? WHERE ARE GROUPS HELD? Groups are held at our support center in the Western Addition located at 1290 Fillmore St. Suite 103 SF, CA 94115 and at various other community agencies in the Bayview district .
