We Wanted It More. Be Better, one day at a time. I do 3 sets of 10 reps. For each exercise. Once I can successfully do each exercise without struggle, I TRY and add weight. If it isn’t a running day I usually warm-up for about 10 minutes. Shoulders, back and biceps. Tricep Pushdown (or some other tricep exercise). Dumbbell Curl (or another bicep exercise). Regular Squats (usually holding two dumbbells). Walking Lunge (the worst). No weight training, I’ll run or do some core work. Enter your comment here.

We Wanted It More. Be Better, one day at a time. Three years ago I decided to make a change. At the time I weighed almost 300 pounds. My size dictated my attitude. My size dictated my perceptions. My size dictated how I was perceived. It was time to choose a better way. I chose to live healthier. I chose to be stronger, both inside and out. I slowly but surely began making transformations. I no longer weigh 300 lbs. Nowadays, I stick to a healthy diet. Nowadays I stick to a healthy workout regimen.

First Meal of The Day. 8211; small breakfast that gives enough energy to power through a run or workout. Slice of whole wheat toast (I don’t have a particular brand, I just try to buy bread that either has no sugar, or doesn’t have it as a main ingredient). All-natural Peanut Butter (Most of the time it has been Laura Schudders all-natural Nutty).

Хотя, конечно, моя мама после напряженного графика, какого она на отдыхе никак не ожидала, была счастлива остаться в море на целый день. Да и не только она, в лифтах только и говорили о том, что в это утро можно будет поваляться в кровати подольше после подъёмов в семь утра. Monday, 2 July 2012. What I bought at the weekend. Amongst all the rain I managed to get to a couple of car boots at the weekend! I've been going to car boots since I was young and usually manage to get quite a haul of stuff for hardly any money - bonus! I love car boots, they're definitely more exciting that high street shopping or eBay. Sometimes you come away with nothing but it's quite exciting never knowing what your going to find and a great cheap way to find your own unique style. Purse - £1.
