Nurse Jean McPherson's Album. Jean McPherson was born 5th July 1886 in Orangeville Ontario. She joined the Canadian Medical Service and listed as Queen Alexandra Imperial Nursing Service (QAIMS).She left Canada on 12th October 1916 onboard the SS Scandinavian. Entries in her diary sugges she was in France in 1916 and at Wharncliffe War Hospital in 1917. This is an extract from Winter 2012 On Proud wings the Newsletter.
