I returned to running in January of 2009 and started Crossfit on April 4, 2009. I am trying to find a balance between the two. It is hard for this mother of three to balance it all, but I find much joy in the time spent with "the girls" running and crossfitting. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Push ups-dips-push press (45 lbs)-and sit ups (13:40). Warm up stretching and cooldown. Felt really draggy from yesterdays run. 20 minutes as many rounds as possible. 5 pullups 10 push ups and 15 body squats. March 6, 2011.

I am back after a long list of reasons for not posting. 45 minutes of Racketball with Guy (he won 3 out of 4). Mile splits: 9:35, 9:27, 9:30, 9:53, 10:04, 9:37, 9:38, 9:34, 9:09. Total time 1:26.28.

Running, Crossfit: Thrusters and sit ups. 5:30 am Walgreen Buffalo road loop. 316 miles total time: 30.28. Milesplits: 9:40, 9:43, 9:38, 8:14. 100 situps (5:13.8). 100 Push ups (3:44.3). 3 rounds for time. 30- GH sit ups.

Cool Down walking one lap around the track. 100 situps for time 4:57.9. 6 x 400 Meters.

Monday, May 31, 2010. 10:20 am Arkansas run from Mom and Dad's house, across the river and to the hay bottom. Ran 307 miles total time: 28:32. Mile splits 8:49-down hill 9:10 mostly flat 9:45 mostly uphill. 25 side to side. 4 sets of 25 push ups.
