So eat something cute! 6 c rolled oats. 1/2 c oil (whatever you prefer.ie., vegetable oil, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, applesauce, etc.). 1 tsp sea salt. 1/2 c sunflower seeds. 1/2 c wheat germ. 1/2 c sliced almonds.
