Wednesday, November 4, 2009. 1/3 cup butter, softened. 1 1/3 cups sugar. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 2/3 cups flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional. 1/4 cup chopped raisins, optional. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55-60 minutes. Makes a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf. Or, bake at 350 degrees F for minutes or muffins. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp. baking soda. 1/4 tsp. salt.
