We just moved into this place and the tree is actually in the neighbors yard. I love the shade and privacy it provides, but am hoping this season’s seeding isn’t an annual thing, and maybe happens only every few years? I don’t know. Tried googling it with no luck…anyone know what kind of tree this is? This is in Central Florida on the East Coast.
