Where's My Bra? The blog of a not-so-perfect mom. The first weight loss secret I’ve learned so far. It’s been 3 weeks of consistently working out with my BFF Anne at the gym 5 days a week. I have learned, what I think, is the most valuable weight loss secret yet. Wanna know what it is? Ouch The truth hurts! That is 100% truth ya’ll. The workouts consist of mostly an aerobic type class like bootcamp, kickboxing, step and a few times a week we do a double classes by going back to back to the strength class.
