I love waking up the sound of rain (almost as much as I love waking up to the sound of the tractors, which come out at 5am in the morning in the winter, clearing the roads of the snow that has fallen to the ground during the night). I will soon return home to Stockholm (which is kinda on the same latitude as Helsinki in Finland) I’m not sure how I will cope with not only the cold, but with the darkness. Right now the sun still rises at 9.30am and sets at 3.30pm. Luckily, I at least don’t live in Nourgam, where the sun will rise January 18th… And, we have street lights.
