Maybe you have just had your water tested and it has a high level of Ecoli, coliform bacteria or you are thinking you might have Iron Bacteria in your water. It is smelling unpleasant… like rotten eggs or sulphur. My first suggestion is to SHOCK the well. Shocking a well will eliminate bacteria and make it safe to drink. Here is what to do:.

My dad was sharing his memories of how they got their water supply. I have become a bit of a “water snob” and can only drink clear, safe, filtered water! Not only that, but I like to have water that doesn’t ruin fixtures and smell! This is a little extreme, but a better water system could have prevented this!
